Door codes and cleaning schedules, sent for you.

Keyturn reads your Booking.com bookings, gives each guest their own igloohome keybox code on a weekly schedule, and tells your cleaner only when a check-out changes.

For Booking.com hosts with igloohome keyboxes and a cleaner on Telegram.

An example stay. The code went out at 18:30, two days before arrival.

See how a week runs.

Every guest gets their own code, on a rhythm.

On Sunday morning, everyone arriving in the coming week gets their check-in message with a keybox code that only works for their stay. Book on a Tuesday for Thursday, and the code goes out within 30 minutes.

Jonas's code goes out with the next Sunday batch.

Your cleaner hears from Keyturn only when something changed.

The full schedule goes to the cleaning group when a check-out is added or cancelled, plus a refresh if it's been quiet for three days. Every check-out is its own cleaning, and guest names never appear.

A cancelled stay takes its code with it.

When a booking is cancelled or moved after the guest got their code, Keyturn revokes it through the igloohome Bridge. A rebooked night never reuses the previous guest's code.

Nothing goes out until you say so.

Start in dry run: Keyturn prepares every code and message for you to read, and sends nothing. Switch guests and your cleaner to Live separately, whenever you're ready. Anything that could stop a guest getting in is pinned to the top of your day.

Questions hosts ask

Do I need a channel manager?

For guest details, yes. Booking.com only shares bookings, guest details and guest messages with connectivity partners, and Keyturn connects through a channel manager such as Beds24. Without it, Keyturn still runs your cleaning schedule from the Booking.com calendar and sends you each guest's code to forward.

What happens to my calendar links?

Booking.com switches off calendar export once a channel manager is connected. From then on Keyturn works from the bookings themselves, and the cleaning schedule carries on.

How does a guest receive their code?

By email to their Booking.com address, which lands in the guest's Booking.com conversation. You add Keyturn's sending address to Booking.com's messaging security settings once.

What if a guest arrives a day late?

Offline igloohome codes must be used within 24 hours of their start. Keyturn spots late arrivals in what the guest wrote on the booking, and you issue a new code from the right day in one tap.

Hand over the keys. Keep your evenings.
